🔧 Job Responsibilities
Perform electromechanical assembly by reviewing instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
Support assembly and material handling tasks, including:
• Moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations
• Operating pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment
• Assisting with kitting, labeling, and organizing production parts
• Ensuring inventory accuracy through proper documentation and scanning
Complete assembly, repair, and rework tasks as required
Follow written work instructions and enter data into production systems
Conduct quality inspections and record results in production/quality forms
Maintain safety standards and adhere to all manufacturing procedures
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly
Demonstrate ownership, motivation, and accountability in daily tasks

Your Experience and Qualifications

Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected total compensation for this role will be $17.79 to $22.95 per hour + $3 shift differential depending upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
Up to 5% gainshare potential.

Your Workplace
You will be working onsite role based in Taylorville, IL.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works with or near to moving trucks, trailers and fork trucks and near large machinery and equipment daily. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee is exposed to a variety of extreme conditions including temperatures ranging from 40°F to 105°F.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands or arms.
