As a Analyst Relations Manager you will lead, develop, and execute our strategic global analyst relations program. You will be responsible for managing engagement activities, building strong relationships with industry analysts and influencers, and driving alignment across internal teams to maximize the impact of our analyst relations efforts. You will report to the Manager, Global Solutions Marketing and work in a hybrid capacity from one of our Rockwell Automation office locations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and execute the strategic global analyst relations program.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is an important member of the Application Support Managed Services Team. The TAM monitors technical issues and uses all means available to deliver a quick response for assigned customers. + Utilize analytics and technology to drive efficiencies in various rates team processes
+ Manage Rate Monitoring, Headcount reporting and other key performance indicators

* Serve as the primary owner and power user of Jira Align for the ART
* Ensure accurate configuration and usage across:
* PI Objectives
* Features and capabilities
* Dependencies and milestones
* Partner with Product Management and Agile teams to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
* Support enterprise Agile governance and portfolio visibility requirements
6. Delivery & Release Coordination
* Coordinate end-to-end delivery and release activities across multiple PODs and systems
* Partner with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Release Management to:
* Align delivery plans
* Manage cross-team dependencies
* Ensure readiness for production releases
* Support release planning, cutover coordination, and post-release retrospectives
* Ensure delivery commitments align with quality, compliance, and operational readiness standards
7. UAT & Business Readiness Support
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution in partnership with business stakeholders
* Coordinate defect triage, prioritization, and resolution during UAT cycles
* Ensure business readiness, sign-offs, and deployment criteria are clearly defined and met
* Act as a bridge between delivery teams and business users during critical validation phases
8. Executive & Stakeholder Communication
* Serve as a trusted delivery partner to senior leaders
* Provide concise, actionable updates on:
* Progress and outcomes
* Risks and mitigation plans
* Trade-offs and decisions needed
* Facilitate alignment across IT, Product, and Business stakeholders
* Represent the ART in portfolio, governance, and leadership forums

The Essentials - You Will Have:
* Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent relevant work experience
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
* Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
* 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (RTE, Scrum Master, Program Manager, or equivalent)
* Hands-on experience with SAFe at scale (ART-level or above)
* Expertise in Jira Align and Jira-based Agile tooling
* Experience facilitating PI Planning and large-scale Agile ceremonies
* Risk management, dependency management, and problem-solving skills
* SAFe RTE Certification (preferred)
* Experience supporting enterprise transformations in complex, matrixed organizations
* Background in technology delivery, data platforms, or enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, digital platforms)
* Experience working with distributed or global teams
