We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Services SalesSpecialist to drive growth in technology modernization, system integration, and services across the Northeast United States. This senior-level role blends engineering expertise, consultative selling, and project management discipline to deliver tailored automation and lifecycle solutions to our customers.
You will act as a trusted advisor, working alongside account managers or directly with customers to position Rockwell Automation's service offerings. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex organizations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and close strategic opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work in a remote setting supporting the Eastern United States and report to the Regional Lifecycle Services Sales Director.
What You'll Do:
• Lead customer engagements to position modernization, and lifecycle service solutions.
• Partner with account managers or serve as the primary customer contact when no direct manager is assigned.
• Drive top-line orders by coordinating Contracts, Projects, Application Consultants, Proposal Specialists, and other internal resources.
• Apply a project management mindset to ensure proposals, contracts, and delivery align with customer expectations.
• Develop and execute win strategies for assigned accounts and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across industries including Automotive, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Power, Pulp & Paper, and more.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
Willingness to travel up to 40% within the Northeast United States.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
5+ years of experience selling engineering solutions, technology system integration, or contract services.
Comprehensive understanding of process controls and automation solutions with ability to read and respond to construction specifications.
Proven ability to propose, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities.
Industry experience in Power and Coordinated Automation in Automotive, Consumer Product Goods, Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Government, Tire & Rubber, Traditional Power, Pulp & Paper.
Exposure to Process Automation in Chemical, Energy, Life Sciences, Mining, or Petrochemical downstream O&G.
Demonstrated success in territory revenue growth and customer relationship management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience with Construction specification platforms such as Dodge, or procurement platforms like Ariba bidding.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
For this role, the Total Target Compensation is from $141,600.00 - 212,400.00 of which 80% is base salary and 20% is variable. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.

The Field SalesSpecialist is responsible for expanding existing top accounts through equipment & service rental sales. Drive pipeline growth of opportunities in equipment and rental service orders. Prospecting new opportunities to grow future consumable run rate by partnering with the account managers for opportunities, identifying new potential top customers through leads and market insights, and proposing winning equipment and rental options.
This position reports to the Sales Manager (FSS) and is part of the Energy + Commercial Team ideally located in either the Gulf Coast or Houston TX and will be working remotely to cover the overall North America Region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management.

A bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences field, ideally a master's or Ph.D. degree in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular biology.
5 years of commercial experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry. Experience with magnetic beads, lateral flow, membrane-based applications, or Next Generation Sequencing.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders & to work collaboratively across functions and geographies to drive execution.

The Imaging SalesSpecialist, Core is responsible for providing technical sales support for all advanced widefield microscopy products as a key element to the broader selling team. The salesspecialist is focused on selling to the life science research community and is engaged with the Leica selling team in all facets of their commercial activities.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager, NY Tri-State and is part of the Life Science Research Division, working remotely to cover New York City and CT.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide consultative sales support of the product, application and software to customers and the Account Managers.
Identify selling opportunities across product lines, with primary focus on lead generation in widefield product portfolios. Collaborate with Account Managers in team-selling efforts in all assigned accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction: Must be able to partner effectively with Sales Managers, PLT members, Customer Service Technicians and Representatives, Engineers, Accounting, and Manufacturing to do whatever is necessary to satisfy customers' needs.
Maintain rigorous standard work in managing your pipeline from opportunity creation to winning/closing a deal. This includes: Salesforce opportunity management, visual management of forecast and funnel, identifying and executing on appropriate next actions to move an opportunity towards closing.
Work with customers and other experts to generate appropriate field data and application notes or publications which highlight product benefits and helps differentiate Leica products.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field
Familiarity with biological imaging applications; fluorescence, confocal microscopy and optics experience highly valued
2+ years in a research, quality-control or production environment, applying microscopy and digital imaging techniques to drive results
Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of specific area of work (Academic accounts, Biotech incubators, Biopharma pre-clinical R&D, etc.)
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

The Field SalesSpecialist is responsible for expanding existing top accounts through equipment & service rental sales. Drive pipeline growth of opportunities in equipment and rental service orders. Prospecting new opportunities to grow future consumable run rate by partnering with the account managers for opportunities, identifying new potential top customers through leads and market insights, and proposing winning equipment and rental options.
This position reports to the Sales Manager (FSS) and is part of the Energy + Commercial Team ideally located in either the Gulf Coast or Houston TX and will be working remotely to cover the overall North America Region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management.
* Drive business expansion of equipment & services by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management and increasing visibility into their filtration needs. Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Growth - Equipment, Services & Energy Transition, and all other Energy+ products.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* 3+ years' experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries. In exchange for sales experience, we will consider experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas, refining or petrochemical facility looking to start a career in technical sales.
* Bachelor's degree preferred in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or technical degree) or equivalent experience considered.
* Experience in consumable sales as well as capital equipment is desired
