The Regional Field ServiceManager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for the daily management of their assigned regional team.
The Regional Field ServiceManager will have formal management responsibilities for a defined team of Field Service Engineers. The Manager models outstanding customer service through strong communication and collaboration skills both internally and with our customers. Core duties include building a technically strong and cohesive team while maintaining a strong partnership with service coordination, applications and sales to retain base business while concurrently growing the business. Effectively ensuring the day-to-day operations of the field service team performs with accuracy and completeness in repairs, calibrations, instrument qualifications and installations while delivering services on time.
This position reports to the Director Field Service West, is part of the Field Service Team. This position is part of the Field Service Team located in United States and will be a remote, field- based role in the San Francisco, CA area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive Customer Satisfaction! Being a clear advocate for the customer leading service calls, installations, and resolving high-pressure customer issues, including product performance issues escalations. Drives a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a “first-time fix”.
Leverage strong communication and listening skills to ensure we exceed customer expectations and close all outstanding issues. Strive to understand customer perception and the associated business impacts commercially. Resolve customer issues in a rapid fashion while demonstrating a high level of business acumen.
Create a culture of ownership and accountability - ensures associates understand their objectives and are provided the tools and guidance to be successful. Constantly works to build the best team via associate development and by retaining and recruiting the best talent.
Develop a robust continuous improvement and accountability culture centered around daily management and monthly KPI's.
Ensure all processes are documented and improved via the use of kaizen (VSM, TPI, etc.). Act as a primary customer of Danaher Business System (DBS) and leverage internal and external DBS expertise to map improvement plans and drive sustainable improvements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree
9+ years' experience in field service
3+ years' experience in a customer facing roles
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
This position requires up to 90% flying and/or driving travel, which may potentially include overnight stays, travel on short notice and for extended periods. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.

The Sr Manager, Medical Operations is a senior leader responsible for the operational oversight of Beckman Coulter's Medical Operations team, providing vital strategic and tactical support to the global and regional Medical & Scientific Affairs organization. This individual will manage a team of associates responsible for publications (through partnerships, internal and external studies, real-world evidence), providing thought leadership (executing the advisory board meetings, and project management for all investigator-initiated and Beckman-sponsored studies. This leader will align processes, structures, tools, information systems, metrics/KPIs/dashboards on behalf of the Beckman Medical and Scientific Affairs team. Roles and Responsibilities
* Business Case Modeling and Analysis
* Build, own, and maintain long-term service financial models incorporating technical, reliability, operational, and commercial inputs
* Produce robust business cases with documented, traceable assumptions and sources; present sensitivities, scenarios, and risk ranges
* Perform sensitivity, scenario, to quantify risk/return and confidence levels
* Translate model outputs into customer-ready pricing structures, volumes, and offer letters with clear value rationale
* Cross-Functional Leadership
* Coordinate inputs across Engineering (Reliability/Repair), Services Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Legal

* Contribute to Contract Margin Review (CMR) to assess performance, update forecasts, and align on corrective actions
* Installed Base and Platform Analytics
* Execute Product Platform Reviews (PPRs) to establish agreed reliability and cost baselines for strategic platforms
* Benchmark competitive landscape, supplier dynamics, price/cost trends, and market conditions; provide commercial insight and upsell/value levers
* Continuous Improvement and Tooling
* Evolve modeling standards, templates, and documentation; manage common modeling tool governance and configuration control
* Maintain accurate records, versioning, and audit trail of models, assumptions, and data sources
* Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time, increase model accuracy, and improve deal velocity and quality
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Sales & Technical Proposals)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & Technical Proposals
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience building complex financial or lifecycle cost models for services, aftermarket, or long-term agreements
* Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing strategies, value selling, and contract structures for long-term services
* Advanced data analytics skills; ability to synthesize large, imperfect datasets into defensible insights
* Expert-level Excel skills, including modeling best practices (index/match/xlookup, array formulas, scenario manager, pivoting, data validation) and familiarity with VBA or similar for model automation
* Experience with probabilistic analysis and scenario planning (e.g., sensitivity analysis, tornado charts; exposure to Monte Carlo a plus)
* Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts, shop visit dynamics, maintenance programs, and cost drivers in avionics or aerospace services

Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Process Equipment for our Semiconductor Microelectronics Team at our Mason, OH location. As a Semiconductor Maintenance Manager at L3Harris you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and upkeep of equipment for advanced components and technologies for defense applications. Your primary focus will be the development of maintenance plans, safety initiatives, maintaining the maintenance database, creating maintenance documents, Installation and layout plans for new equipment, and Total Productive Maintenance for manufacturing equipment and semiconductor products. You will be responsible in ensuring equipment meet all production requirements fully and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
+ Lead the equipment maintenance technicians in troubleshooting activities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful integration of equipment into the production line.
+ Work with the team to provide maintenance instructions are issued and follows all required industry standards.
+ Implement autonomous maintenance plans to operations
+ Support operations' evaluations for new and already established equipment and processes as required.
+ Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement measures to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and yield.
+ Support troubleshooting and resolution of any issues related to defects to minimize production downtown.
+ Collaborate with process engineers to optimize tool settings for specific processes.
+ Implement and follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations during the installation setup operations.
