Prior experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role, with a solid understanding of QA principles and practices.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical quality control. Stays ahead of shifting trends in industry.
Prior senior leadership experience required.

Support medical device and combination product inspectional readiness activities and regulatory inspection responses
Assist with internal and external audits and inspections, acting as an SME and providing follow-up support as required
Support combination product complaints process and investigations and relay findings to the design and development team

Compile and analyze data, metrics, and trends associated with combination product processes.

Indian Canyon Post Acute Care Center is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team in our Yucca Valley location. The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance in all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, punctual, and enjoys helping others.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established facility policies.
Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established facility policies.
Carry out garbage and keep work areas clean, dry and free of hazardous equipment, supplies, etc.
Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas.
Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
Attend and participate in mandatory facility in-service training programs as scheduled.
Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established facility policy.
Follow established infection prevention and control policies and procedures when performing daily tasks.
Ensure the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner by assuring that necessary equipment and supplies are maintained.
Assist in the inventory and storing of incoming food, supplies, etc.
Assist in food preparation for special meals and events.
Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
Must maintain care of supplies, equipment, appearance of work areas and perform regular inspections of food service areas for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of assigned duties.
Shift:
AM: 5am-1:30pm
PM: 1pm-8:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of a Pulmonologist and Lead Respiratory Therapist, performs the tasks of a Respiratory Care Practitioner with special emphasis on long term care. Upon the request of a physician, the Respiratory Therapist in the sub-acute unit performs and sets up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and or illness. The Respiratory Therapist maintains a collaborative working relationship with the unit's clinical manager as the team leader.
SKILLS:
Must be able to perform, under the supervision of Pulmonologist and RT Director. Must be able to provide maintenance of artificial airways, assessing and weaning mechanical ventilated patients, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, DPI treatments, Tracheostomy tube changes, Pulse oximetry, CPT, assisting and resolving an acute respiratory illness. Patient and family education/training. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, demonstrates ability to relate appropriately and work effectively with others, and ability to prioritize multiple assignments with out sacrificing the quality of the end product.
