Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree ( 4 year College or University) Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement Management. 1 - 4 Years related experience Law Enforcement. At least 21 years of age. Possess a valid driver's license. Possess or have the ability to obtain NC and SC armed Security Officer certification. Must be able to obtain SC SLED certifications as an Armed Security Officer and Trainer. Must be able to obtain a certificate in non-confrontational investigative interviewing techniques. Must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure and receptive to feedback. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, management, and Law Enforcement Agencies. Must possess a working knowledge of Criminal Law. Required to read, comprehend and speak English language. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state of provincial law.
