Pros of working at Rodeo Realty

If you're a new agent, they'll hire you with promises of growth and inclusion but they never have opportunities for growth. They are always happy to sign on new agents because agents have fees to pay

Cons of working at Rodeo Realty

In my experience, the cons at working for RR is that there is very little privacy and confidentiality standards. The owner often makes derogatory and damaging remarks about other agents from other offices and buyers who are hair stylists, manicurist, etc are regarded as bottom buyers. You'll get hired, but you'll be reminded how little you sell and the owner makes appearances to the office to see "who is here for free bagels" it's damaging and a fast road to not participate in anything.

Rodeo Realty benefits

At Rodeo Realty, they do not charge you to have a desk. Probably because no one comes into the offices anymore

What do you like best about Rodeo Realty's CEO and the leadership team?

Unfortunately, there isn't a lot to like. If you make connections with staff and management, the CEO doesn't care and will fire, call out, and degrade in emails to all employees, office visits and the like. It's hard to make connections locally when the big guy doesn't see value in that. In certain offices the word is getting around FAST

How would you improve Rodeo Realty's culture?

Don't look at people as dollar signs and lie to their face that Rodeo Realty is a company based on human and community connections. It's not and they encourage agents to turn down leases

How did you prepare for the Rodeo Realty interview?

Interviews were prepared by online research. Came to find out that the positive reviews online were doctored. The corporate staff all quot so nothing was delivered as promised

How does your compensation at Rodeo Realty compare to the industry average?

Same compensation

What's the diversity at Rodeo Realty like?

This is a very important question. The CEO sent out an emotionally politically driven email and started firing anyone who didn't hold the same values. Those emails are also circulating online

What brings you the most joy at Rodeo Realty?

To help people with housing. Real help. Not only helping those with big budgets.

Pros of working at Rodeo Realty

Nothing. The owner is a white supremacist and regularly makes racist/sexist comments.
