As a Dedicated Truck Driver for this fleet, you will deliver retail goods from a distribution center to individual stores within the Ohio, Indiana and Michigan areas. The freight from the distribution center to the stores are all drop and hook. Deliveries are mostly Sunday through Friday. You will head home Friday late morning. Home time is 34-48 hours.
Pay is a combination of pick-ups and drops, mileage pay, and there is the opportunity to earn performance and quarterly safety bonuses.

The Corrections Qualified Mental Health Professional functions as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team providing a range of professional treatment services to mentally ill and/or mentally disabled prisoners within the Michigan Department of Corrections. Legal Secretary 7-9 - Criminal Trials Division (Organized Retail Crime Section - Limited Term)

This position provides legal secretary services to litigation attorneys in the Criminal Trials Division. Duties include docketing, maintaining/organizing case files, maintaining the calendars for Assistant Attorneys General, scheduling of meetings, compiling important statistics, as well as preparation of search warrants, investigative subpoenas, complaints and warrants that initiate criminal prosecution, including Organized Retail Crime Cases, forfeitures and diversion cases. This position requires maintaining reports for all cases handled for yearly/quarterly reporting. The position requires an understanding of the legal criminal process and procedural requirements of the district and circuit courts in the State of Michigan.

Experience
Legal Secretary 7
Two years of administrative support experience where use of a personal computer to prepare correspondence, reports, charts, etc., or to enter/retrieve/update information is an essential part of the work, including one year equivalent to 6-level administrative support experience.
Legal Secretary E8
Three years of administrative support experience where use of a personal computer to prepare correspondence, reports, charts, etc., or to enter/retrieve/update information is an essential part of the work, including one year involving legal secretarial practices equivalent to a Legal Secretary 7.
Legal Secretary 9
Four years of office experience involving administrative support practices, including two years involving legal secretarial practices equivalent to a Legal Secretary 7 or one year equivalent to a Legal SecretaryE8.

Facility Maintenance Technician Primary Responsibilities:
* Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
* Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service.
* Perform preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites.
