The Accounts Receivable Data Entry Processor is responsible for entering all A/R receipts daily. The A/R poster will reconcile receipts with money in the bank, post to the correct patient accounts and print daily receipts report. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The A/R data entry processor responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Check bank daily deposit transactions against CPSI remits; write up daily money sheet and total all monies on the sheet. Gather credit card receipts, clinic receipts, print remittance advices for CPSI remits, print remittance advices for FPRS. (2 extra copies of totals page for depository ticket and our records) Post all credit card receipts, electronic remits from CPSI, mail payments and clinic receipts.
