Cheryl Perry is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Roger Williams Medical Center and is based in Providence, Rhode Island.

Dr. Weinberg holds an M.D.from Boston University School of Medicine. He was an intern in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center, completed a residency in Internal Medicine in the Tufts- New England Medical Center, and a fellowship in Nephrology at Boston University Medical Center.

Dr. Weinberg is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. After serving a career in academic medicine and research, he served as Chief Clinical Operating Officer and national Director of Clinical Research for DSI Renal, Inc.

He is Clinical Professor of Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Weinberg is an expert in the neuro peptide, Kallikrein-Kininogen-Kinin System. Dr. Weinberg first published the use of supramaximal doses of Angiotensin Receptor Blockers to reduce proteinuria to preserve kidney function. His theories have been confirmed internationally by Multicenter prospective trials. He has lectured in India, Japan, Israel, Eastern and Western Europe, and North America. He serves as Chief of Nephrology at the Roger Williams Medical Center, a Boston University Affiliated Hospital. For fifteen years he served as Vice Chairman or member of the RI Board of Directors of Blue Cross Blue Shield. He is a past president of the American Heart Association, RI, and of the NKF, RI. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, American Society of Nephrology and American Heart Association.

As Principal Investigator of numerous clinical trials for drugs for treatment of Hypertension, lipids, Diabetes, and anemia, he has 100 publications. Currently, Dr. Weinberg developed a Vascular Biology Disease Prevention Program focusing on Reduction of Urinary Proteinuria and Regression of Aortic Aneurysms using maximal blockade of the Renin Angiotensin System with supramaximal doses of Angiotensin Receptor Blockers. Furthermore, he is practicing the Bale Doneen heart attack, stroke and diabetes Prevention Method.
