The Regional Purchasing Agent is also responsible for all the Oconomowoc off campus locations, i.e. Silver Lake, Corporate Services and Executive Drive. Job Duties & Responsibilities: The regional purchasing agent is responsible for: Procuring supplies, furniture, medical equipment, vehicle and other needs to open a new, regional location. Shipping and receiving to the regional locations. Travel to new regional locations and coordinate the deliveries and set up of all the new medical and office supplies. Work with the new staff to help the location open up seamlessly and on time. Supply distribution to the regional locations. Inventory control. Matching invoices and statements, and processing for payment. Making travel arrangements for staff and visitors, to include flight and hotel, for hospitals and regionals. Reconciling the MasterCard and Visa charge cards: Reconciling Home Depot, Menards, Kroger, Ace Hardware, Laurelberg's Hardware, Sam's Club, Costco and Amazon, to name a few. Will seek the proper signatures required on invoices, and match invoices to statements. Handling the workload of the buyer and Hospital purchasing assistants in their absence, upon request Assist the Purchasing Director in containing costs Inventory patient care and office central supply areas to maintain par levels. Provide ordering, receiving and invoice processing. Assist with the distribution of supplies to each regional location. Maintain current inventory of all forms used. Coordinate form replacement with the Health Information department Remove deleted forms promptly Maintain and monitor an inventory supply system to record all orders, charges and deliveries Communicate goals to fellow staff members. Demonstrate measurable goal achievement. Maintain department policies and procedures. Include requirements and guidelines from external agencies (Joint Commission and state). Educate new staff regarding regulations or requirements of those functions that relate to your area or department, as directed. Demonstrate acceptance and training of student interns in the department, as directed. Demonstrate understanding of Joint Commission and other regulatory agency compliance regulations Involve self in the learning and application of standards relevant to the Purchasing department. Participate in in-services/seminars and other meetings to increase involvement and awareness of regulations. Involve self in the education of other disciplines regarding the Purchasing department's regulations. Communicate with all individuals in a positive and professional manner. Attempt to resolve individual issues with peers in a positive, calm manner with a focus on solution. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Attend and participate in CBT Academy and other training under the direction of the Clinical Services Manager or Director prior to working with patients. Time and training to be determined by the Clinical Services Manager or Director. Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services, except medication administration, to patients, according to clinical standards of care and under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager or Director. Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the Clinical Services Manager or Director and communicate with the Clinical Services Manager or Director on an ongoing basis regarding clinical issues. Assure documentation of therapeutic treatment plans, outcome assessments, psychosocial information, and other patient care data is completed within the medical record. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and complete treatment plan development. Offer training support to other staff members less familiar with the cognitive behavioral treatment of anxiety, mood, eating, and trauma-related disorders. Document mental health services according to applicable regulations and payer expectations. Communicate with Utilization Review department to provide information necessary to assist in facilitating payment for services. Perform other duties as assigned. Promote department goals and the mission of the Hospital. Communicate goals to fellow staff members. Demonstrate measurable goal achievement. Maintain department policies and procedures. Include requirements and guidelines from external agencies; i.e., Joint Commission and state. Maintain and/or communicate to the appropriate party, the function backlog at a set timeframe. Educate new staff to regulations or requirements of those functions that relate to their areas or departments, as directed. Demonstrate acceptance and training of student interns in the department, as directed. Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree required (human services, psychology, social work, or related field). At minimum, must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent), if working in an Addiction Recovery program that requires this. Relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience (12 months preferred). Relevant experience may include clinical care, human services, or educational equivalent. For Residential programs - Must hold a current and active driver's license and be in good standing (preferred for all levels of care). Required on-the-job Training: Compliance with Residential Care Center (RCC) and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) (Required for Residential Inpatient programs, preferred for all levels of care). American Heart Association CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire. Bi-annual re-certification is required. Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within sixty (60) days of hire/transfer. Annual re-certification is required. Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) trainings within ninety (90) days of hire. Additional trainings may be required per unit - these must be completed within timeline established by leadership during onboarding.
