Located in Rolla, Missouri, Rolla Technical Institute (RTI) is part of the Rolla Public School District, offering vocational training and continuing education to the residents of Phelps County. RTI offers dual credit vocational programs for high school students in a range of areas, including automotive technology, drafting and design, fire and rescue, and many more. Adult vocational training and continuing education programs are available to all residents.
