May identify and resolve common issues such as part defects, mold jams, or equipment malfunctions to keep production running smoothly. Will assist maintenance and process technicians during machine start-up and shut-down procedures, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Support mold changeovers by preparing equipment, verifying correct mold installation, and confirming proper alignment and setup before restarting production. Must work collaboratively to ensure quick and accurate transitions between product runs. Will inspect parts during production for quality, consistency, and conformance to specifications.
