A Day in the Life of a Remote Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative for Fox PC, you will participate in our 2-week remote sales training program. Once completed, you will have the necessary knowledge and understanding to put your soft skills to the test. You will make outbound calls to our loyal customers to promote additional services. You will answer inbound calls from potential new customers who are looking to improve the safety and enjoyment of their homes and yards. You will assist them in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions. You will acquire the necessary information to document sales and process payments. You will open doors to new opportunities through referrals and perform additional duties as assigned.

Account & Renewal Operations: Oversee account transitions, renewal workflows, and inventory-related reporting to ensure accuracy, continuity, and visibility across the sales cycle.
Development of Standard Operating Procedures: Take the lead on establishing robust SOPs pertaining to Sales Operations activities and continually improving current processes.
Project Ownership & Execution: Lead Sales Operations initiatives from concept to completion, driving planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and flawless execution
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
Technical knowledge of Salesforce including familiarity with:
Object management and Layouts
Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and forecasting
Flows and automation
Integration with additional tools (i.e. ZoomInfo, Pardot, etc.)
User and Profile assignment and management

Basic knowledge of construction products and power tools is necessary, however we provide a world class, hands-on training for all candidates regardless of previous experience. Job Description
* Drive revenue by training and educating key personnel on the functions and benefits of the Diablo products.
* Demonstrate key features and translate them into benefits for the consumers.
* Manage inventory levels, promotional items & marketing campaigns as well creatively cross merchandise to increase product placement.
* Organize strategic and logistical monthly schedule.
* Submit feedback from end user testimonials & analysis.
* Maintain technical and professional knowledge of product.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher (MUST)
* Valid driver's license
* 0-4 years professional experience
* Strong desire to learn and grow and advance in a sales career
* Recognized work ethic and unwavering desire to consistently exceed goals and achieve results; motivated, disciplined and driven
