Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Lead Quality Assurance Inspector for our machining client to start immediately at $23-$28/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
Ensure FAI, in process, and final inspections meet internal and external specs.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
Document nonconformities and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Help prepare for and participate in audits-including calibration (internal, customer, third party).
Lead daily inspection activities on the production floor; coordinate a team of inspectors.
Help maintain inspection procedures, calibration procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
Train and mentor QC and production to uphold quality standards and best practices.
Location: Bridgeview, IL
Schedule/Shift Details: 2nd shift (4:30PM-3AM) Monday-Thursday with some Saturdays, as needed! TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Qualifications:
3+ years in manufacturing quality inspection, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, height gauges, etc.).
Working knowledge of blueprints and engineering drawings.
Hands-on experience with First Article Inspection (FAI), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action (CAPA) processes.
Industry-specific experience (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical devices).

On-Call Field Inspector - Transportation Construction Engineering
Become an on-call Construction Site Inspector with the Benesch team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supervising construction inspections throughout the United States. The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of practical experience in field inspections related to Railroad infrastructure projects.
Benesch's Railroad Division is made up of highly skilled rail professionals, many of whom are former employees of operating railroads. Location

The Special Inspector will perform inspections and tests on construction materials and activities in the field to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and relevant industry standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
Essential Functions of the Position
* Perform field and/or laboratory inspections of construction materials and activities such
as reinforced concrete, structural masonry, welding, soils, fireproofing, and structural
steel.
* Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and observations.
* Interpret project plans, specifications, and codes to ensure compliance.
* Communicate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to report findings and
resolve issues.
* Maintain certifications and continuing education as required.
Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree in engineering,
construction management, or related field preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in construction inspection or materials testing.
* Current certifications in one or more of the following:
* ICC Special Inspection (e.g., Reinforced Concrete, Structural Masonry, Soils,
Steel & Welding)
* ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I
* AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
* NICET certification in construction or geotechnical inspection (preferred)
* Strong understanding of IBC, ASTM, ACI, AWS, and other applicable codes and
standards.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Must be willing to travel to support project needs.
* Ability to work independently in a field environment and maintain professionalism with
clients and coworkers.
