    Indianapolis, IN A new opportunity has arisen for an Electronics Design Engineer to join Rolls-Royce supporting the B52 program. As the Electronics Design Engineer, you will be responsible for Electronics hardware circuit design and development to analog design, digital design, mixed signal design (ADCs/DACs), and power supply design for airworthy/certified electronic engine controllers and monitoring system. Preferred Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering or other training from a Maritime Academy Navy commissioned officer / Merchant Marine officer with U.S. Coast Guard license or similar certification or seagoing experience. Functional knowledge of special processes and methods such as welding, brazing, water/air/structure borne noise and vibration analysis, mechanical balance, shock analysis, heat transfer and cooling system analysis. Working knowledge of MIL-SPECS, regulatory body, or and marine industry practices applicable to marine machinery, propulsors, and gas turbine engines. Experience with electrical power generation equipment Willingness to travel infrequently on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
