Roma Industries company history timeline

1962

By 1962 the company introduced reconfigurable cold-store and deep freeze cells.

1973

Thanks to the considerable demand for ROMA products, in 1973 the company decided to implement a completely new sandwich panel manufacturing process: The company began operating the world's first twin-belt system for manufacturing cold store and deep freeze elements.

1997

Sustainable management was already a major issue for us at that time: In 1997, a foam recycling plant was therefore installed at ROMA.

2014

Now it was also necessary to continue the expansion of our classic products. Therefore, the new construction and commissioning of plant 2 for the production of cold and deep-freeze rooms, test climate chambers, doors and accessory products took place in 2014.
