Frontline is looking for an Assistant Director of Rehab to oversee our facility's therapy department. Assistant Director of Rehab Qualifications: Must be licensed as an PT, PTA, OTR, COTA or SLP. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Rehabilitation in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the rehabilitation department. Supervise and support the Rehab staff, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and therapy assistants. The target for this position ranges from $182,300 to $220,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
