Plans, organizes, executes, and monitors quality assurance activities for assigned facility. Assists in the development and administration of quality and sanitation system policies and procedures aimed at assuring incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods meet corporate specifications and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing:
Oversees product sampling results, sanitation records, label compliance, and overall quality related metrics
Coordinates and assists Quality Manager with facility HACCP plans annually and on an as needed basis
Administers, maintains, and documents facility environmental sampling program and reports as required
Drives SQF (Safe Quality Food) compliance, record keeping, and audit readiness. Acts as facility SQF Practitioner
Procures and maintains an adequate supply of laboratory and sanitation supplies within departmental budgeting requirements
Maintains quality and sanitation manuals to assure all policies and procedures are current and effective, and compliant with corporate quality requirements
Conducts and coordinates quality and sanitation training as required for all plant personnel
Assists the Quality Manager in the development and implementation of quality and sanitation systems policies and procedures to provide assistance to the Leadership Team with Third Party Audits and Regulatory inspections.
Oversees internal quality assurance and sanitation self-assessment processes in order to be audit ready every day
Leads in the evaluation of consumer complaints, and corrective action implementations
Coordinates the storage and rework of quality control hold products with appropriate plant personnel
Coordinates supplier review and maintains records
Participates in cross functional quality assurance related training at other facilities
Keeps Leadership informed of the status of quality assurance and sanitation issues impacting production and product deployment
Provides continual leadership and guidance to team members to increase effectiveness and maintain good working relationships across all departments.
Works closely with operations and maintenance teams to support business needs and ensure all regulatory and corporate quality standards are met
Promotes an environment conducive to teams, teamwork, and line-driven accountability

Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across Grand Design RV and Winnebago Towables.
Collaborate with the EHS Center of Excellence to enhance reporting and bring best‑practice initiatives into local operations.

Lead plant and program audits to ensure compliance and partner with operational teams on engineering solutions that reduce exposure to hazards.
Provide leadership coaching focused on hazard identification, safe behaviors, and advancing the Zero Harm culture.
Oversee all environmental compliance activities including permitting, reporting, and required regulatory documentation (e.g., NPDES Storm Water, Tier II, SARA Title III, Facility Air Permits, SPCC, Hazardous Waste).
Work closely with Human Resources, the onsite Nurse, and Physical Therapist regarding incidents, reporting, and post‑incident processes.

AZZ has an exciting 1st shift opportunity for a production worker at our Hamilton facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will help handle and clean material through the galvanizing process, to help us meet customer commitments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for tying or assisting with tying material onto racks with wire or chain for safe movement through the galvanizing process.
Use wire to tie material to bow racks, universal racks, or other tooling to prepare for the pickling tanks using specific training methods for the galvanizing process.
Use rope to lift and prepare material for the pickling tanks using specific training methods for galvanizing process.
Operates and visually inspects all equipment (i.e. forklifts, cranes, tooling, etc.) prior to usage to ensure no maintenance is needed.
Learns to rack a variety of materials by assisting others.
Racks, unracks or cleans material in order as directed.
May learn to use a torch to dry materials before hot dipping.
May clean material using a grinder, file, or brush as specified by the customer.
Inspects material for sags, runs, drips, bare spots and reports it to management.
Uses bolt cutters to remove wire from product and tooling and disposes of it per established procedures.
Learns to inspect materials for holes, smothered spots, etc.
Perform housekeeping activities to keep production area and equipment clean and organized.
Confers with supervisors to report material conditions that could result in production or customer problems by form of damage or quality issues.
May assist with training new production helpers as specified by management.

Summary of Position:
The Quality Engineer supports the implementation and sustainment of Denali's Quality Management System and PLM processes. Essential Functions:
* Assist in implementing and maintaining Denali's QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements
* Support the integration of PLM capabilities, ensuring accurate control of drawings, BOMs, and change management across product and service lifecycles
* Manage document control processes, including creation, revision, approval, and archival of SOPs, work instructions, and quality records
* Maintain and update QMS documentation libraries, ensuring accessibility and compliance with revision standards
* Collaborate with engineering, configuration, and operations teams to define inspection criteria, test plans, and acceptance procedures for incoming, in-process, and final products
* Develop and implement process quality controls that ensure repeatability and consistency across Denali's global operations
* Support Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), process capability studies, and control plans for critical operations
* Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and testing equipment used in configuration or production environments
* Conduct process walk-throughs and line audits to validate adherence to SOPs and quality standards
* Collect, analyze, and report on quality data, including defect rates, yield, RMA trends, first-pass success, and audit findings
* Build and maintain dashboards to visualize quality performance across business units and identify trends requiring corrective action
* Support the development and tracking of KPIs aligned with Denali's Quality Objectives and continuous improvement roadmap
