    Rome Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Medical Imaging team. The RN-MRI will assesses, directs and coordinates patient care and procedures in the Radiology environment in an efficient, empathetic and timely manner appropriate to the age of patients served. Serves as a patient advocate and health teacher. Accurately carries out the medical regime as prescribed by the physician and according to departmental protocols. Demonstrates ability to perform nursing functions utilizing the Nursing Process, Rome Health and Medical Imaging protocols, and appropriate regulations within the parameters of the Nurse Practice Act. HOURS: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm -10:00pm; Friday 10:00am - 10:00pm EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BS in Nursing preferred. Current Registered Nurse License in New York State. One-year work experience in acute care hospital desirable. Experience in Radiology nursing preferred.
