Lauren Webb has over a dozen years of experience in finance and operations for early stage companies, including InAuth, Inc. Prior to joining Romeo she was Vice President of business services company Apollo Services, LLC. She started her career at the U.S. Department of Justice and spent ten years with The Ashcroft Group, a venture investment and consulting firm based in Washington, DC.

Dr. Srouji directs all technical and technological developments, including IP strategy, roadmaps, and future products, internally and in collaboration with strategic partners. Before being promoted to CTO, he was responsible for R&D and Cell Technology at Romeo. Prior to joining Romeo, he was developing advanced physico-chemical battery models at Robert Bosch’s Research & Technology Center in Silicon Valley. He also worked on novel battery component development, spanning from next-gen lithium ion to all solid-state batteries. Throughout his energy storage technology career he has successfully brought to market multiple programs funded by the US Department of Energy. He holds an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a PhD in Energy & Mineral Engineering with a focus on electrochemistry from The Pennsylvania State University.

Kerry Shiba is a Board Member at Uniwheels Holding Germany GmbH, Board Member at Ramsey Industries, and Board Member at Universal Building Products Inc and is based in California. He has experience at GOODRICH CORP and has worked as Board Member at SUPERIOR INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL INC, Certified Public Accountant at EY, and Senior Vice President at KAISER ALUMINUM CORP. Kerry attended Baldwin Wallace University.

Anne Devine is a COO at ROMEO POWER INC. and Plant Manager at UGN Inc and is based in Valparaiso, Indiana. She has worked as STA Program Manager at FORD MOTOR CO, Manufacturing at FORD MOTOR CO, and Supplier Development Manager at UGN Inc. Anne studied at Kettering University between 1992 and 1996 and University of Michigan between 1996 and 2000.
