Job Summary: Responsible for executing various store operation standards and procedures to maintain quality of product, food and physical safety, and inventory stock levels. Executes merchandising plans, indirectly manages achievement of store sales and profits using acceptable business practices and promotes customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works in conjunction with upper management to train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
