The Robert C. Provide a comprehensive range of primary care services within the scope of training, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventative care, health maintenance and chronic care medication management. Maintain an active collaborative agreement with an appropriate RCBC physician when required by the West Virginia Board of Medicine. Job Requirements: Conduct thorough patient examinations and establish medical diagnoses based on client history, physical examinations, and relevant criteria. Order, perform, and interpret laboratory, radiographic, and other diagnostic tests. Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive plan of care for patients. Manage chronic care medications. Prescribe medications in adherence to West Virginia statutes and professional practice guidelines. When a written collaborative agreement is in place, follow mutually agreed-upon written guidelines or protocols for prescriptive authority. Perform minor surgical procedures, provided appropriate training has been completed and clinical privileges have been granted. Facilitate patient referrals for services not available at RCBC. Actively participate in quality assurance initiatives, medical staff meetings, and other clinical forums. Collaborate with clinic physicians and other mid-level providers to contribute to the development, execution, and periodic review of clinic policies and services for patients. Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records, ensuring timely documentation. Complete mandatory annual training through Relias as required by RCBC.
