The cons are horrible management, cliques withing the workers, no training
None
The leadership was lack there of. Basically if you had an issue oh well too bad. Suck it up
Getting rid of management and hiring all new management and leads/charge nurses.
Very low. Several hospitals pay better and they are smaller.
Lots of diversity but it only matters if you are managements favorite pets
