Job Summary The Produce Apprentice reports directly to the store manager and indirectly to the assistant store managers and shift leaders. This position can be responsible for duties such as cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and monitoring the produce department. Responsibilities Consistently meets or exceeds set standards involving the handling, stocking, and the maintaining of all produce products Stocks product on platforms, shelving, peg hooks and in baskets or refrigerated cases as needed Handles power and non-powered equipment and hand tools to move stock as needed after properly trained To get extra hours, would need to assist in the meat department, stocking, and/or cashiering. Job Description Working with skilled members of our team, apprentices will gain skills in building, troubleshooting, repairing and operating precision grinding equipment while simultaneously attaining an Associate Degree in Mechatronics from Sinclair University. This role is a hybrid between classroom learning and on-the-job experience. This role covers commercial roofing service work across the state of Cleveland. This is a hands-on service role, leading a small crew (1-2 people) while personally performing leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs. This is not a production-only role and is not a training position.
