Modified Bitumen (Mod-bit) roofing
Standing seam metal roofing
Install vapor barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs, and seal the seams
Cut roofing paper to size using knives; and nail or staple roofing paper to roofs in overlapping strips to form bases for other materials
Install partially overlapping layers of material over roof insulation surfaces, determining distance of roofing material overlap
Set up barrier, scaffolding, and any other measures necessary to provide safe access to roofs
Coat top layers to make a smooth finish, or embed gravel in the mod-bit for rough surfaces
Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
Transfer materials from storage or work sites to designated area

* Work is completed per work order instructions and ensures work orders are then completed with all proper time, notes captured and before/after pictures after each job; notifies field supervisor/operations manager of any special circumstances or issues/problems with jobs
* Maintains team's scheduled jobs to come in at budgeted scheduled hours or better
* Responsible for ensuring that his/her crew maintains a safe work area including the use of caution signs and barriers when appropriate
* Responsible for care and cleanliness of crew's cleaning equipment and vehicles
* Reports to work on time and in proper uniform
* Follows rules, policies, regulations as outlined in company handbook, and ensure that his/her crew does the same; reports any issues to management
* Understand/accurately perform all cleaning (restorative/maintenance) methods for carpet, furniture and wall panels, to include, upholstery, fabric, and leather
* Understand and accurately perform cleaning (restorative and maintenance) methods for hard surfaces including but not limited to ceramic, porcelain and stone
* Understand and accurately perform water damage restoration
* Supervise crew clock in and out per company policy
* Pursue obtaining IICRC certifications in commercial carpet, upholstery, water restoration and ceramic tile
* Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record (MVR) meeting Corporate Care insurance requirements required.
* Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner
