GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Utility Float will be responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition in various locations daily throughout central Ohio. This position is required to travel to multiple buildings in a given week and sometimes in a single shift. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. * Service, clean, or supply restrooms. * Clean ceiling vents. * Wash windows. * Clean furniture or fixtures. * Disinfectant all high touch point areas. * Dust and sanitize all surface areas. * Dispose of trash or waste materials. * Strip/wax and scrub recoat VCT floors. * Scrub LVT or LVP floors. * Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Identify and report all safety equipment maintenance issues. * Follow all health and safety regulations. * Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Job DescriptionOffice Pride is now hiring for a Full Time Industrial cleaner near the Columbus, OH area. Work is in Lockbourne, OH 43137 Sundays thru Thursdays 5am-1:30pm **Schedule is NOT negotiable** Duties for industrial cleaners include: *Cleaning of conveyors, palletizers, rollers, scrubbing floors, performing safety lock outs on machinery to get in/around machinery to perform needed cleaning within facility. Job requires be lots of standing, bending, kneeling to perform needed cleaning. Applicants must be able to on their feet for entire shift. Must be dependable and detail oriented, with a great work ethic. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to do a background check.

Housekeeper Reports To: Housekeeping Leadership Team / Assistant General / Manager and General Manager The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
