To provide housekeeping services to all guest rooms according to Langham standards. To provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience by engaging with guests whenever one is in sight. RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES: Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 40 lbs. Must respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests. Makes up rollaway beds and cribs in a vacated room and notifies housekeeping attendants for them to be properly stored.
