Primary Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Service Standards
Welcome all those who walk into our doors with an inclusive and compassionate language and attitude, sharing the Root story in our tour, and inviting visitors to take care of themselves and become a part of our community.
Ensures all clients are met with a consistent level of top-tier customer service, addressing client issues and concerns in a timely manner with a compassionate lens
Oversees the reception area including directing client interactions, phone calls, email bookings and sales to maximize and achieve revenue targets.
Maintains client profiles in ensuring all required information and documentation are on file, such as valid card information, waivers, and insurance information.
Whole Body Health Accounts & Sales
Promotes and secures new Whole Body Health Account signups, actively working to exceed personal and team membership performance goals.
Stays up to date on appointment and sales KPI's to identify areas of growth in booking, sales, and membership sales.
Utilizes the 1-2-3 checkout process to build longstanding relationships with new clients and continue to nurture relationships with current clients in same-day rebooking.
Schedule Optimization & Outreach
Audits the appointment schedule in Mindbody week by week to maximize appointment capacity.
Recognize opportunities in the schedule to move current booked appointments and create further practitioner availability.
Performs outreach calls to targeted lists of clients, utilizing
effective sales skills to book appointments and sell memberships over the phone or through Mindbody MessengerAI.

Education & Experience
Required:

Position Summary:
The Senior Estheticians at Root bring their education, training, expertise and experience to our clients through assessments, consultations and treatment plans for our clients' skin health. They should maintain a strong client base and re-book rate and participate in marketing and social media content to expand and promote skin services. They have strong skin analysis and diagnostic skills - deep knowledge of problem skin, anti-aging, rosacia, acne and prescribing appropriate products, enhancements and home-care recommendations in a prescription form after each service.
