Position Overview
The primary objective of the Naturopathic Physician/LAc is to build and sustain a strong, loyal patient base within Root Whole Body while delivering exceptional, relationship-centered care. The ND/LAc will collaborate closely with other medical providers, therapists, and wellness practitioners to support patients on their journey toward whole-body health.
In addition to patient care, this role includes active participation in community outreach, education, and visibility-building efforts, supporting both individual practice growth and the broader clinic mission.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive naturopathic and acupuncture-based care for acute and chronic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating natural medicine, acupuncture, supplements, and lifestyle therapies

Wellness Concierge Lead

About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate II to join our team at our Madrone Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate II will provide support to the residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities as assigned by utilizing an approved evidenced-based group curriculum. They will provide limited treatment services and personal care supports for clients that help them develop appropriate skills to increase or maintain their level of functioning. DEFINITION OF POSITION: Provides health care services applying radionuclides to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Performs nuclear medicine procedures, and related techniques producing images for the interpretation by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures:
Corroborates patient's clinical history with procedure, assuring information is documented and available for use by a licensed practitioner.
Prepares patient for procedures; provides instructions to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.
Selects and operates radiation detection, imaging and/or associated equipment to successfully perform procedures.
Positions patient and equipment to best demonstrate anatomic area of interest, respecting patient ability and comfort.
Immobilizes patients as required for appropriate examination.
Prepares, calculates, identifies and/or administers radiopharmaceutical and/or medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
Evaluates images for technical quality, assuring proper identification is recorded.
Verifies informed consent for, and assists a licensed practitioner with, interventional procedures.
Practices aseptic techniques as necessary.
Assumes responsibility for provision of physical and emotional needs of patients during procedures.
Initiates basic life support action when necessary.

Assists in maintaining records, respecting confidentiality, and established policy.
Assumes responsibility for assigned area and report equipment malfunction.
Provides input for equipment purchase and supply decisions.
Provides practical instruction for students and/or other health care professionals.
Participates in the department's quality assessment and improvement plan. May be responsible for specific quality control duties in the assigned area.
May be responsible for control of inventory and purchase of supplies for the assigned area.
Understands and applies patient relations skills.
Pursues the appropriate continuing education needed to maintain license or certification.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of formal Radiologic Technology accredited program.
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in radiography, or equivalent.
Licensed in the State of Oregon as Radiologic Technologist/Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
Graduate of Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited program in medical imaging or equivalent.

Your Job as a Substance Use Counselor:
The Substance Use Counselor is instrumental in our patient's treatment and recovery from opioid use disorder. Substance Use Counselors provide high quality, compassionate care through various mediums which include both individual and group counseling sessions.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide high quality, compassionate guidance in both individual and group counseling sessions.
Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient's recovery.
Co-facilitate assigned group or family sessions as needed.
Ensure all documentation regarding patient care, treatment, and incidents is completed timely and in a clear, concise manner.
Prepare individual treatment plans for each assigned patient.
Initial assessments as well as follow up assessments.
Evaluate patient needs and determine if referrals to other programs or facilities are needed.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

* Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.

Certified Surgical Technologists play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. From preparing operating rooms and sterilizing equipment to assisting during surgeries and maintaining a sterile environment, the expertise of a CST is essential to the success of each operation.

*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the NBSTSA or as a Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) by the NCCT is required.
* At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)
* One year of scrub experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
*What You Will Do: *
* Demonstrates knowledge and skills to competently care for all assigned age groups (Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric as applicable).
* Demonstrates compliance with hospital safety policies and procedures.
* Demonstrates knowledge of cautery safety (grounding pad and cautery use during procedure).
* Recognizes breaks in aseptic technique and takes immediate corrective action.
* Demonstrates equipment checks to assure proper functioning.
* Updates and reviews surgeon preference cards.
* Able to gown and glove other members of the perioperative 'sterile' team.
* Able to gown and glove self through use of closed and open method.
* Able to independently function in at least one other specialty area.
* Anticipates and prioritizes surgeon needs. Communicates with RN Circulator to obtain needed resources. LPNs may function under the Nurse Practice Action with RN supervision.
* Responsible for technical equipment and supplies (e.g., inventory, usage, organization, maintenance in own specialty area).
* Trouble-shoots equipment within own specialty to bring to resolution.
* Independently manages instrument, sponge and sharp counts for all procedures in specialty areas and all procedures assigned outside of specialty.
* Assists and/or follows direction of the RN Circulator to set up a room and obtain equipment, etc.
