He also helped develop Devon’s CRI (Cash Return on Investment) valuation methodology, which has been utilized to evaluate and execute billions of dollars in strategic acquisitions and divestitures. After business school in 2004, Mr. Crisci returned to Devon to help open its Atlanta office. In Atlanta, Rob worked with several public companies to source, value and execute strategic acquisitions. Mr. Crisci joined the investment banking group of Morgan Keegan in early 2010. In April 2012, Rob moved to VRA Partners in Atlanta, an independent investment banking firm focusing on the middle market. As an investment banker, Rob worked with public companies, private businesses and private equity firms on a wide variety of successful transactions. Rob holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society and an AB in economics from Princeton University. Mr. Crisci resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife and two sons.
