This position will also assist the Environmental Services Manager and other Rose Acre employees, whenever needed, in the compliance and implementation of environmental programs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Assist implementation, adherence and auditing of all food safety, quality and regulatory requirements. * Monitor production records for completion and accuracy. * Manually enter data and audit results in an accurate and timely fashion. * Perform environmental swabbing and report results accurately. * Verify lot code information of ingredients and finished product. * Prepare ingredient/work-in-process/finished product samples for third party laboratory testing. * Verify instruments and equipment for accuracy and calibrate when necessary. * Perform and accurately document pre-operational inspections of equipment and instruments. * Perform facility inspections and report findings. * Handle department-specific tasks. Provide interdepartmental support as needed.
