POSITION DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibility of the Breaker Plant Clean-Up Team Member is the orderly, smooth, and efficient cleaning and sanitizing all Breaker Plant equipment and processing areas according to Rose Acre and USDA standards. The Breaker Plant Clean-Up labore may be asked to clean other areas at the discretion of the complex manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Clean and sanitize all equipment in the Breaking Plant
* Clean all walls, floors, etc.
* Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
* Must be able to work evening or 2nd shift hours.
* Must be able to handle working conditions that require constant movement, bending, turning, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
* Capable of working weekend shifts and maintaining a flexible schedule to help the other departments when needed. Capable of working late (if needed) past the scheduled leave time to complete the job.
* Willing to comply with all Rose Acre's safety, employment, and GMP policies including working in a 100% smoke-free environment.
