Working there was great.
They have filed bankruptcy "again" and can't pay for supplies to get an aircraft remodel nor can they pay their employees
Ask when and if you will get paid
Take care of your business and employees. Without employees you have no business
Apparently the CEO doesn't care about nothing more than reputation.
I was generally treated with some respect, which I cannot say for many others
Rose has a long-standing reputation for not paying their employees on time. They treat very few people with respect. They do not take safety seriously, which resulted in the death of an employee a couple years ago. The CEO will expect you to devote your life for the company, but is unlikely to extend any support if you need it.
It was easy to bond with coworkers.
