Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Input data into Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP).
Input and complete work flow tasks within Office 365 applications.
Organize, maintain, and develop work flows in MS O365 applications or other applications as directed by the process control professionals.
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
Maintain filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Compose, type, and distribute routine correspondence, and reports as directed.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars as needed.
Make copies of correspondence or other printed material as requested.
Order and dispense supplies when necessary.
Assist with applicant tracking and onboarding tasks.
Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in administration in office settings a plus.
Currently enrolled students preferred (senior in high school,college, university or trade school)
Working Conditions:
Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting, use standard office equipment, and be able to attend meetings at various sites within and away from office.
Mobility to climb up and down stairs, as needed.
Strength to lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, including the ability to look at a computer screen for at least eight hours each day.
Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
Special Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus)
Able to work in a highly confidential manner.
