Cons of working at Rose Hill Center

Staff at Rosehill is like walking into a new high-school. Unbelieveable lack of interest into new hired people. Most staff are is overwhelmed with gossiping and talking smack about each other. Upper management are never available for anyone other then themselves. The utter lack of communication was astonishing. No real management skills to look to. Will fire you on your 90 day review, if you don't fit in. Say they are a a non profit, but still charge people $24,000. A month for the privilege to be there. Most supervisors work from home. No structure.
