You are helping people to become the best version of themselves they can be.
It is hard work and the clients sometimes don't put in the work they need to do to get better.
Everyone cares about the people around them. There is free meals and a lunch break and your voice/ideas matter.
They as a whole are making Rose Hill the best place to receive mental health treatment with cutting edge technology.
I would want everyone to have a more positive mindset. There is negativity that happens by assumptions and I would want everyone to ask leadership if what they have heard is true instead of listening to the rumors or spreading falsehoods.
I read their website and researched other mental health facilities
They pay above average but as a whole I wish mental health companies paid more
I believe that rose hill works hard to make sure a diverse group of people, including the people they help, are involved in creating rose hills campus.
Seeing someone graduate the program and go on to live a successful life.
