Accountable for serving client families by making at need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements. The Family Service Counselor serves families by providing exemplary personalized service and plays an essential role in generating revenue for the cemetery as well as acting as the primary contact for families.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation

Minimum Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience
Experience

Current state/province issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Insurance license if required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and memorial markers, lays sod, moves and removes flowers to and from chapel and graveside
Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways which may require snow removal depending on location
Erects tents, canopies and arranges chairs for graveside ceremony
Assists with setup for openings and closings for interments, entombments and inurnments
Arranges chapel for services
Prepares crypts for entombments
Under supervision, may operate backhoe to dig graves without damage to surrounding vaults, markers or monuments
Installs grave markers, bronze memorials, crypt faces, etc.
Maintains and repairs existing markers and other cemetery features
Maintains, services, cleans and properly stores equipment
General maintenance of vehicles
Cleans and maintains facility to include performing minor repairs, painting, etc.
Observe safety rules and ensure compliance with the operating procedures of corporate, federal, state and local regulations, including OSHA regulations and Safety and Environmental guidelines.

The Physical Therapy Assistant Provides clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants on acute, restorative and maintenance levels as needed. Follows the treatment plan as per Registered Physical Therapist assessment and documented care plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado.
Minimum of one-year experience working with the frail or elderly population required.

Maintain proper documentation according to state, federal PACE regulations.
Maintain proper records according to PACE policy and procedures.
Perform and record, if required, as specified by the planned treatment program, non-evaluative on-going data: Measurements of vital signs, range of motion, strength and linear increments; Types of assistive mobility devices used, and the distances covered; Results of tests and evaluations performed by the registered physical therapist.
Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards.
Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested.
Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate.
Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility.
Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs.
Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies.
Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Origination:
Work directly with CAO and M&A team on gathering industry intelligence, origination and outreach

Individuals with CPAs, CFAs, and/or transaction advisory services (i.e., quality of earnings) experience will stand out
Fundamental understanding of GAAP and three statement financial models

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Management and Leadership
Meet and exceed established location sales quotas
Ensure that Sales Counselors utilize methods as set forth in training manuals while observing Company policies and procedures
Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure that all Sales Counselors meet or exceed the needs of the customers
Manage Sales Counselors acting as their primary reference regarding the aftercare process, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, sales guideline questions, compliance issues, and delivery of customer service
Market Share
Develop marketing programs that compliment the geography, demographics, ethnicity, or religions of the community
Analyze and be aware of competitor pricing
Plan and participate in community events designed to develop prospects and heighten awareness of the location
Expense Management
Review all pre-need contracts and at-need cemetery contracts to ensure compliance with HMIS, state/provincial and or federal laws
Approve all discounts offered to customers
Prepare reports that demonstrate compliance with financial controls
Operations Support
Maintain all marketing materials, training manuals, sales equipment and other sales supplies
Ensure that sales programs, incentives and awards, and sales presentations are budgeted, approved and conform to Company policies
Maintain all sales rooms and offices in a clean and orderly fashion to provide a professional atmosphere for Sales Counselors and the public
Compliance
Ensure that all sales counselors follow the Code of Conduct and obtain proper licensure
Ensure compliance of sales practices with federal, state/provincial and local regulations
MINIMUM Requirements
Education
High school or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
Sales Management experience of 3-5 years required
Sales Counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred
Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople and sales forces a plus
Licenses
Valid state/province driver's license with good driving record
Insurance license as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment and MS office applications
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work beyond standard business hours when necessary to service customers
Ability to set goals for employees that are challenging but achievable
Compensation: $90,000 to $190,000 earnings potential

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Execution:
Collaborate with the Growth and Transformation team to design and manage detailed project integration plans, timelines, and deliverables across all corporate finance functions.
Track progress against milestones, escalate issues promptly, and oversee integration of acquired companies corporate finance and accounting functions, including AR, AP, and general accounting processes into CMH systems and workflows.
Functional Collaboration and Alignment:
Coordinate with Corporate Finance leadership to align policies, procedures, and controls with corporate standards and compliance requirements.
Serve as the primary contact to facilitate decisions and drive execution of the Corporate Finance integration plan.
Oversee and actively perform key technical workstreams, including Sage Intacct integration (e.g. COA mapping, balance import, system configuration) and purchase accounting/NWC reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and seamless system integration.
Communication & Relationship Management:
Establish open, effective communication channels with acquired company employees, providing guidance and support to address concerns, manage expectations, and minimize disruption to business operations.
Facilitate regular integration updates, meetings, and checkpoints, with focus on finance, tax, and payroll progress.
Integration Process Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the development of a standardized, repeatable integration playbook and toolkit, including best practices for AR, AP, accounting, tax, and payroll integration.
Capture and implement lessons learned to continuously improve financial and operational integration processes.
Risk & Issue Management:
Proactively identify and address integration risks across financial systems, AR/AP workflows, tax, and accounting processes, escalating when necessary to leadership.
Provide concise reporting and updates to the integration steering committee on progress, risks, and issue resolution.
Ad Hoc & Supporting Analyses:
Conduct one-off analyses to support integration activities, including financial process mapping, tax and payroll considerations, system conversion assessments, value creation estimates, and various strategic or operational evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing integrations, acquisitions, or complex cross-functional projects.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project execution, documentation, and communication.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
Ability to influence and drive changes at all levels of the organization.
Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working independently.
Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Teams).
Willingness to travel up to 20% to support integration activities onsite at acquired companies.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA, CFA, or MBA.
Experience with private equity, mergers and acquisitions, including end-to-end financial due diligence and integration oversight.
Expertise with Sage Intacct or comparable enterprise financial systems.
Industry experience in community management, HOA, or related service sectors.
