Pros of working at Rose Medical Center

Great work culture. Everyone that works there is kind, helpful, and friendly. It's also a smaller hospital, so it has a family feel to it that I really appreciated.

Cons of working at Rose Medical Center

It's an HCA facility, which comes with it's political side that I hate. HCA likes to pinch pennies in many ways...that said, the CEO of Rose Medical is present everywhere, always willing to talk and listen, and a wonderful personality to have in the hospital. It's not common to work somewhere where you interact with the CEO on a regular basis.

Rose Medical Center benefits

They had massage therapist that will come to each unit every month and give quick massages, along with massage chairs located in a Wellness Center where you could take a quick moment to destress. Small victories!
