Chris Tanner, Chief Operating Officer, graduated with honors from Culver-Stockton College in 1995 with a B.S. in Business. Prior to joining Rose Paving, he served as a branch manager for Capitol Group Incorporated located in Decatur, Illinois. Chris accepted a position with Rose Paving in 1997, where he has worked in both the National & Regional Divisions, overseeing sales and operations. In 2009, Chris was promoted to VP, managing sales, operations and marketing. Also, in 2009, he was offered and accepted partnership in the company. Today, he currently serves as the COO, helping to guide the strategic growth of the company.

Darin Aprati, Chief Financial Officer, is an operational finance executive with 25 years of experience across multiple industry sectors. Prior to joining Rose Paving, Darin served as the CFO of ACP CreativIT, a private equity-owned technology reseller providing comprehensive IT solutions to commercial businesses and public sector organizations. He was also the CFO for the US operations of Coates Group, a privately-held technology company providing digital signage systems to retailers. He has led change in complex business environments, and has designed and executed domestic and international strategies at McDonald’s, Kraft Foods and MAT Holdings. Darin joined Rose Paving in 2020, where he is currently responsible for corporate finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, legal and business systems.

Among his accomplishments, Darin earned his BBA and his MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and is a State of Illinois CPA. He is a volunteer Board Member and travel basketball coach at a not-for-profit youth organization in the suburbs of Chicago.

Jim Muckerheide is a President at JDM CONSULTING LLC and Chief Financial Officer at Rose Paving LLC and is based in Naperville, Illinois. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer and Dir of Operations at Focus Logistics Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Depaulo Incorporated, and Senior at PwC. Jim attended Illinois State University between 1995 and 2000, University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and University of Illinois Chicago between 1997 and 1999.
