Robert Fitzgerald joined SemGroup® Corporation in November 2009 and serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining SemGroup, Fitzgerald served as chief financial officer from February 2008 to November 2009 of Windsor Energy Group, a private independent oil and gas exploration and development company. He has also served in senior financial and operating roles in commodity transportation and telecommunication companies. Fitzgerald was with BP Amoco and Amoco Corporation for 20 years, working in various financial and operations positions in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Houston, Texas; Denver, Colorado; and Chicago, Illinois. Fitzgerald received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa and a bachelor of business administration degree from Western Illinois University. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is a certified public accountant.

Thomas Sell is a VP/Chief Acctg Ofcr/Controller at ROSE ROCK MIDSTREAM L.P. and Interim CFO at UNIT CORP and is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has worked as Segment Controller, Power at WILLIAMS COMPANIES INC.; Assistant Controller at WILLIAMS COMPANIES INC.; and Staff VP Enterprise Accounting at WILLIAMS COMPANIES INC.. Thomas attended Oral Roberts University between 1983 and 1987.
