Position Summary:
Provides mental health rehabilitation services to clients and families to decrease hospitalization, crisis episodes, and to increase community functioning in order for the client to achieve rehabilitative, resiliency and recovery goals. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Job Requirements:
Masters preferred,
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or equivalent experience and training
Must qualify as a MHP or QMHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132.
Excellent written and oral communication skills,
Computer proficiency required,
Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record,
Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the prescribed time frames
Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling,
Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff or community resources,
Self-starter with ability to work independently,
Ability to work within a team,
Valid driver's license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements (designated positions),
Must have own transportation (designated positions)

Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family member.
Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, process, and discharge plans).
Ability to coordinate services from a variety of community resources.
Utilize a variety of treatment concepts, evidence based practices and service modalities when providing care.
Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups as needed.
Be familiar with court proceedings and available to make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients.
Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Ethics and within the framework of the law.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Work Hours: Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Training schedule first 2-3 months: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
Compensation & Rewards Based on education, experience and credentials
Starting rate for Bachelors $28.89/hour
Starting rate for Masters $32.82/hour
Additional compensation in addition to base pay:
Additional $1/hr for working evening shift

Incentive bonuses available:
$200 per quarter for staff that complete more than 30 pre-hospitalization screens per quarter
$1000 retention bonus paid every 6 months (prorated first payment based on full months of employment)

Position Summary
Youth Recovery court (YRC) provides intensive wrap around mental health and co-occurring services to youth and their families. It is designed to serve youth that are involved with the juvenile justice system.
The Youth Recovery Court Mental Health Clinician will provide individual, family and group therapy services to the youth and family that will address the criminogenic needs and the mental health needs identified in the comprehensive mental health assessment. The MH Clinician is the point person of contact. The clinician will provide comprehensive mental health assessments and take the lead in staffing the referral with the partners in YRC during staffing.

Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or another related field. Licensed LCPC or LCSW preferred.
Must qualify as a QMHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132.

Responsibilities
Develop and complete required assessments within time frame, develop and implement interim and long term treatment plan with client, coordinate psychiatric services and treatment
Coordinate and collaborate with all Youth Recovery Court team members regarding comprehensive services provided to participants, including complete information sharing and coordination of delivery of services.
Be an active member of the Winnebago County 17th Judicial Circuit Youth Recovery Court team by participating in team meetings, attending court appointments and coordinating services with the court team.
Provide referral and linkage.
Consult with psychiatrists, psychologists and nurses for disposition
Provide transportation as needed
Provide community based case management services and all other medically necessary services according to Rule 132 and Rosecrance policies and procedures. Seventy percent of the services should be provided in the community.
Coordinate immediate treatment and arrange for any necessary transportation needs, complete appropriate referral for intervention
Complete documentation in a timely manner
Attend required meetings and training
Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

Position Purpose: The MCR Mental Health Clinician provides rehabilitation services and support to children and families. This position helps to decrease hospitalization and crisis episodes while increasing community functioning. Services provided shall include stabilization, linkage services, and consultations with the client's family. Duties include answering crisis calls and responding to mental health crises in McHenry County. Driving to the crisis location within 90 minutes of receiving the crisis call is required.

Position Purpose:
The Mental Health Clinician provides rehabilitation services and support to children and families. The MH Clinician helps to decrease hospitalization and crisis episodes while increasing community functioning. Services provided shall include stabilization, linkage services, and consultations with the client's family. Duties include answering crisis calls and responding to mental health crises in Champaign, Ford, Iroquois, and Vermilion counties. Driving to the crisis location within 90 minutes of receiving the crisis call is required.
In addition to treatment services, responsibilities of the position include assertive case management, maintaining an overall perspective on client functioning, environmental factors, resource needs and advocacy on behalf of clients. The aim of services is to work with the clients (and families/others) toward supporting their ability to assume responsibility and manage their emotions and behavior and to thereby function in the least restrictive setting possible.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling and Guidance, Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Counseling, Pastoral Counseling, or Family Therapy or related field, Master's preferred.

4. Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.
5. Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
6. Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
7. Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by SUPR, TJC and Medicaid regulations.
8. Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).
9. Assume on-call responsibilities per schedule or when designated.
10. Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
11. Be familiar with court proceedings and available to make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients.
12. Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
13. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
14. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
15. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance
16. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated and assigned by management.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
9am-5:30pm with 1 late shift per week.

Compensation & Rewards Based on education, experience and credentials
Starting Pay:
Base Pay: Bachelor's Level $24.44/hour Master's level $27.77/hour
Professional Certification (e.g., CADC, CRSS, CPS): $1,500 annually
Clinical Licensure (e.g., LPC/LSW/LMSW, LCPC/LCSW/LMHC): $1,800 - $5,000 annually
Additional Residential/Inpatient shift differential - $1.50/hr.
Shift differentials: Additional pay based on regularly scheduled shift hours
Second shift (majority of hours between 3pm and 11pm): $.25/hr.
Third shift (majority of hours between 10pm and 7am): $.50/hr.
