Position Summary
Participate as a team member in the delivery of substance-use disorder servicesto clients and their families. Facilitate the issues of recovery into client's daily living situations. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or equivalent experience and training
Must qualify as a MHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132
Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC),or licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC which supersedes the CADC within 2 years of employment in substance used disorder services.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer proficiency required
Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record
Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the prescribed time frames
Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling
Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff or community resources
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Ability to work within a team
Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance
Responsibilities
1.Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
2.Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.
3.Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
4.Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.
5.Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
6.Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
7.Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by SUPR, TJC and Medicaid regulations.
8.Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).
9.Assume on-call responsibilities per schedule or when designated.
10.Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
11.Be familiar with court proceedings and available to make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients.
12.Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
13.Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
14.Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
15.Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance

Base Pay: Bachelor's $60,091.20 a year, Master's (Qualified Mental Health Professional) $68,265.60 a year
Additional Pay Enhancements in addition to Base Salary:
Professional Certification (e.g., CADC, CRSS, or CPS): +$0.72/hour (equivalent of +$1,500 annualized)
1st Level Clinical Licensure (e.g., LPC/LSW/LMSW): +$0.87/hour (equivalent of +$1,800 annualized)
2nd Level Clinical Licensure (e.g., LCPC/LCSW/LMHC): starting at +$2.16/hour (equivalent of +$4,500 annualized)

Position Summary:
This full time position will provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a member of a dedicated, caring team in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field, or equivalent experience and training
Illinois Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC),or licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC which supersedes the CADC within 2 years of employment in substance used disorder services.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated education, training or experience with evidenced based practices
Familiarity with the adult criminal justice population
Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
Practical Understanding of substance use disorders and symptoms in the DSM 5
Familiar with conducting clinical assessments, individual, family and group counseling
Desire to work with Adults in a residential team oriented substance abuse setting.
Ability to learn and work independently to complete documentation in automated software system
Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff or community resources

Position Summary

Responsibilities

5. Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
6. Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
7. Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by SUPR, TJC and Medicaid regulations.
8. Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).
9. Assume on-call responsibilities per schedule or when designated.
10. Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
11. Be familiar with court proceedings and available to make court appearances on behalf of Rosecrance clients.
