POSITION SUMMARY
The Graphics Proof Coordinator is responsible for entering, positioning, and altering graphics supplied by customers or sales team using computers to produce printed materials for the fire apparatus. The Graphics Proof Coordinator will work with customers, vendors, and the sales teams to develop approved graphic layouts for each unit and help drive high quality and profitable option content.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Generate proofs in digital or other format to approximate the appearance of the final printed piece.
Proofread and perform quality control of text and images, including scrub of graphics specifications.
Enter, store, and retrieve information on computer-aided equipment.
Coordinates with production on installation of graphics.
Works with vendors from quoting through the application process to support the sales team.
Installs graphics and striping, along with sizing and ordering graphics materials.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.

Tape measure, professional vinyl knives, wrap squeegees, scissors, hand tools, and power tools.

Communicate effectively to employees their responsibility for safety, following safety rules, and reporting unsafe working conditions to their supervisor. Work with Human Resources to investigate accidents & implement permanent, corrective actions.

Coordinate across multiple engineering teams to define electrical engineering standards and best practices, ensuring alignment and improved documentation quality.
Collaborate with Rosenbauer International to align electrical engineering documentation standards and ensure compatibility.
Contribute to electrical engineering development projects by reviewing technical documentation and standards, researching solutions to design challenges, and implementing approved designs.
Assist the R&D Manager with administration and optimization of engineering tools such as Confluence and Jira to improve team efficiency.
Create and maintain project and design documentation, including project plans, monthly progress reports, and project timelines. Prepares and presents project status reports.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA's): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent related experience required.
3+ years of related electrical engineering experience required.
Understanding of electrical systems and automotive technology preferred.
Experience with schematic and harness software preferred.
Knowledge of firefighting processes and equipment preferred.
Skills:

Able to find, read, and interpret relevant scientific and technical documentation and standards.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Able to facilitate engineering discussions by listening, asking relevant questions, and suggesting solutions to problems.
Able to follow written and verbal directions and communicate new information that could affect project trajectories.

Basic math functions and accounting abilities with a high aptitude for accuracy.
Computer:
Able to perform intermediate PC functions including the use of spreadsheet tables and formulas.
Able to use electrical engineering schematic and harness software.

Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
Able to deal with problems involving a variety of variables in non-standard situations. Strong attention to detail.
Able to understand and apply research principles to smaller tasks or projects to make data-driven decisions.
Able to prioritize work and to multitask while adhering to deadlines.
Able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
Able to understand and follow all safety policies to promote a safe working environment for all.
