What you will do
Work in collaboration with a team of associates and launch your financial services career in our call center! New to the industry? No problem. Develop a solid foundation through our paid associate training program and receive continuous coaching for your role and career trajectory. Partner with our team and clients to:
Provide excellent service within our call center for our customers' retirement savings accounts
Educate and empower our customers without having to make cold calls or sales
Communicate critical plan updates and changes
Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
Process general account changes upon direction from the customer
What you will bring
Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday
Associates degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (including but not limited to food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience
FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure

Base Salary Range
$42,800.00 - $58,850.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Primary Responsibilities
Team Member Life Cycle

Coordinate and track performance evaluations across teams and provide administrative support for goal-setting and evaluation processes.
Respond to team member questions or requests about personnel policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR functions confidentially and professionally.
Identify skill and knowledge gaps to recommend training opportunities that support team member growth.
Collaborate with other teams on initiatives that enhance team member engagement and HALX culture.

Salary and Benefits
Commensurate with experience. $50,000 to $55,000 annually.

As Corrigan Krause's Business Valuation Manager, you will oversee and lead business valuation and consulting engagements and maintain strong relationships, both external and internal. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the valuation and consulting process for business succession, transactions, acquisitions, estate planning, and similar opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, business valuation methods, and the management of multiple engagements simultaneously. Essential Functions:

Qualifications

Responsibilities
Ensures effective management of projects from inception through implementation
Defines, develops and executes project plans, including scope definition, expectations, activities, cost estimates, and schedules
Works with the business group to determine and understand business requirements
Manages projects from concept through the planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition phases

About the Role
EOTSS is seeking to hire a Network Automation Intern to join the EOTSS Network Engineering Team. The EOTSS Networking Engineering Team provides reliable Network Services and support to all Commonwealth of Massachusetts customers. The networking services provided by the team include network design, implementation, installation, and management. The Network Engineering Team is especially skilled in and specializes in complex routing configurations, wireless networking, and the use of Visio for creating diagrams in support of the infrastructure. The team provides Tier two support to the Network Operations Team and routinely joins Major Incident conference bridges to help with troubleshooting incidents to their resolution.
The Network Automation Intern will learn what it is like to be part of day-to-day operations. The intern will observe and participate in various incidents and change management processes. The intern will also have exposure to documentation and diagram updates. The intern will work closely with our Network Analysts and Network Engineers with asset inventory reconciliation.
The primary work location for this role will be 200 Arlington Street Chelsea, Massachusetts 02150. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM EST. This position is expected to follow a hybrid model of reporting to work that combines in-office workdays and work from home days as needed.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Understanding of TCP IP (IP addressing).
• Understanding of network concepts.
o Local Area networks (LAN)
o Wide Area Networks (WAN)
o Network Management
o Basic Network security concepts
• Ability to read and write scripts in a modern language (Perl, Python, etc.).
• Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to prioritize work/specific incidents.
