Mr. James J. Peterson is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Microsemi Corporation.He served as President of LinFinity Microelectronics, Inc., a manufacturer of linear and mixed signal integrated from 1997 to 1999 and as its Vice President of Sales from 1996 to 1997. We acquired LinFinity Microelectronics, Inc. in 1999. Prior to joining LinFinity Microelectronics, Inc., Mr. Peterson served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Corporate Communications of Texas Instruments Storage Products Group from 1984 to 1996. Mr. Peterson was a Director of STEC, Inc., a storage solutions technology company based in Santa Ana, California, from 2003 to 2009. Mr. Peterson possesses significant experience in our industry and contributes detailed knowledge of our Company’s strategy and operations to the Board of Directors.

Ravi Vig serves as President and CEO of Allegro MicroSystems. He joined Allegro in 1984 as an Analog Design Engineer and then as a Design Manager working on optical and magnetic sensor ICs, helping to launch the company’s magnetic sensor IC business. He went on to head the marketing effort for these innovative products, leading to his role as the Vice President of the Sensors Business Unit. He has since served as the Senior VP of Business Development, responsible for the Sensor and Power IC businesses, and Chief Operating Officer prior to being named President and CEO in 2016. Ravi earned his BSEE from Rutgers University, MSc from Dartmouth, his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed the Global Executive Leadership Program (GELP) at Yale University. Ravi currently serves on the Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. Board of Directors and holds over 60 U.S. Patents.

Zean Nielsen are a Chief Executive Officer at Cirrus Aircraft. They have worked as Exec VP:North American Sales at James Hardie.
