As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to:
Provide therapy and diagnostic assessments for clients across the lifespan-from children to older adults.
Work in both school-based and outpatient settings, supporting students through CTSS and individuals/families in a clinic environment.

Detailed Responsibilities
Clinical Services
Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments upon referral from physicians, social workers, case managers, or outside agencies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings; review and update plans as needed.
Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Demonstrate knowledge of psychiatric medications and recognize common side effects, taking appropriate action when concerns arise.
Identify significant changes or high-risk situations in a client's condition and take timely action, including referrals or protective reports as required.
Complete consults upon request and maintain communication with referral sources and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
Complete all required documentation, progress notes, and billing procedures accurately and in accordance with agency standards.
Provide advocacy services and link clients to community resources to support treatment goals.
Place follow-up calls as needed for missed appointments, care coordination, or patient concerns.
Collaboration and Program Development
Present cases for consultation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, contributing ideas for improvement or new initiatives.
Work closely with local county agencies, social services, schools, and law enforcement as appropriate.
Maintain a current resource file and community relationships to facilitate referrals and collaboration.
Education and Professional Development
Develop and present educational programs for staff and community audiences as requested.
Stay current on laws, rules, and best practices related to behavioral health, child and vulnerable adult protection, and mental health treatment.
Participate in professional meetings and conferences to maintain knowledge and enhance clinical skills.

JOB SUMMARY:
Support plant production through the installation, modification, and troubleshooting of plant systems and equipment. The first section below outlines the essential job functions of the Machine Maintenance job. Machine Maintenance/Electrician must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation. This role is on Yellow Shift Tube Fab, 12-hour shifts, 7pm - 7am.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Install new equipment and assist outside vendors with new equipment installation and repair
+ Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the National Electric Codes and OSHA
+ Troubleshoot plant equipment consisting of Air fixtures, Tube lasers, CNC benders, hydraulics and other mechanical and electrical systems
+ Make required alterations/modifications to equipment and systems
+ Use Programmable Logic Controllers for troubleshooting
+ Perform facility maintenance projects as assigned
+ Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on tube fabrication machinery and equipment
+ Accurately complete paperwork required for maintenance records
+ Follow all safety rules and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and orderly work area
+ Participate in continuous improvement process
+ Perform duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead
+ Ability and willingness to work overtime as required and mandated by production schedules
+ Work with equipment operators to understand machine issues and problems that occur
