Work cooperatively with Contractor personnel to prepare and maintain a safe work environment for their work
Responsible for participation in the Operations Emergency Response activities relating to the Area
Provide support and coordination with the Systems Completion team in start-up and commissioning of the facilities
Take part in the review of work packages for planned maintenance activities within allocated Area, confirms that isolation requirements are applied, and ensures that the preparation of equipment is planned in a manner that provides a safe environment in which personnel can work
Endorse Work Permits as the Area Operator (AO). Endorse Work Permits as the Isolating Authority (IA) when required.
Encourages team effort between Maintenance and Operations groups
Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
Ensuring the CRT is informed and consulted about operations and major issues
Ensures good communication between Areas so that issues can be adequately addressed and actions completed
Maintain a daily log and shift changeover notes
Safely perform physical tasks at times, e.g. moving drums of chemicals, lifting, climbing ladders/silos/tanks
May perform minor maintenance to equipment
Maintain a high standard of plant housekeeping

The Lease Operator is responsible for the overall daily operation and maintenance for a specified group of oil and gas wells. The Operator I will develop basic lease operator skills including facility operation, day-to-day lease operator tasks and CLR standards.
**Duties and Responsibilities**

Motor Vehicle Operation: You must possess the ability to operate a Government Owned Vehicle. A valid, non-restricted driver's license is required.
Shift Work/Overtime: This position requires regular and recurring shift work. You must be willing and available to work rotating shifts. You may also be rotated between assignments and duty locations. You could be required to work overtime on a daily basis and will be compensated up to an additional 25% of your base pay in accordance with the Border Patrol Agent Pay Reform Act of 2014.

Maintenance Technician

Purpose:
Under the direction of the Terminal Manager and/or Assistant Terminal Manager, is responsible for coordinating the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Performs the work of employees and other duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, lead and execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to PM schedule to minimize equipment downtime
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment, to detect and prevent problems.
Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components
Conduct creative problem solving to identify and perform equipment improvements
Coach operators and peers on basic maintenance and equipment settings
Participate in special project work on equipment upgrades or installations
Work with team members and operators to ensure the daily production schedule is met
Maintain partnerships with team members and vendors using effective communication
Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation procedures.
Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.
Coordinate efforts with other workers involved in installing or maintaining equipment or components.
Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation or for defects, such as loose connections or frayed wires.
Heavy equipment operations ie: Skid loaders, forklifts, front end loader, snorkel lifts - preferably certified
Solicits bids for outside contract maintenance work and schedules and supervises outside contractors.
Order and purchase supplies, parts and equipment for production plant.
Keep parts storage and shop areas in a neat, well stocked, clean, organized manner.
Regularly inspect plant to ensure that required maintenance and repairs are completed.
Regularly inspect plant for safety issues.
Ability to work on diesel engines.
Basic knowledge of overall plant operations, machinery and equipment and the maintenance requirements of them.

JOB GOAL:
The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for leading the Stanley High School baseball program, including player development, team management, and coordination of practices and competitions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Must meet requirements for coaching set by the North Dakota High School Activities Association (NDHSAA), including certification in CPR/First Aid and completion of required coaching courses.

Knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport.
