Coworkers are helpful, kind, considerate and resourceful.
No direction from Managers, don't even know who the leadership team is, NO TRAINING, GUIDANCE, DIRECTION, work schedule changed without notifying employees, hours cut without notice, store constantly a mess, constant dysfunction, disorganized, constant choas
Zero Perks, discount not really worth it

The company needs a complete revision, and over-haul, Management at my location needs to be let go and fresh new, experienced leadership team needs to be brought in, Company values and core need to be revised
By being aware of the specific location, did not have an interview. Hired over the phone by Manager
Gives opportunities to all walls of people

Corporate or so- called wings people are more interested in getting their bonus by cutting staff pays, like we don’t have bills ??
It could be better if they work with us ? To many Indians not enough good folks to correct work conditions ?? Work-hrs are cut weekly , but expect more ect??
Leadership team suck , they don’t communicate w/ us but tell mgrmt we need to our productively w/ no hrs , really ???
Open up your budget so we can earn a living as well , morning huddles so we’re on same path with expectations, need more employee’s per- shifts
Friends spoke of you, I applied , than waited for response
I really like helping people whenever I can and being a friendly face among such a bug crowed of people.
Occasionally they change the schedule last minute so I’d have to cancel plans I had been waiting months for or they’d let people go home early when our work hadn’t been finished yet so sometime I’d have to stay even later than I should’ve.
I really liked being able to see all styles of clothing or decorations so in the future I’d know what I liked more than other styles.
Leadership strong leaders
Theft the fact theft would happen almost daily
Getting to work with really good people
Doing my research on staff turnover and what kind of benefits they offered
Be stronger on thieves so the repercussions are so pricey

More and more employee turnovers, and does lean towards hiring younger people, even though they’re not always dependable
It’s no different than any other place
