We have 2 weeks out of the year that they have a 40% off sale for employee purchases
Learning new skills and tasks and working as a team and being one of the first to buy the new items; we get when we get new shipments. Love the low prices on name brands and how they sell a variety of items like food, electronics, home accessories and furniture etc.
Sometimes the managers have attitudes and show favoritism to certain employees.

Annual performance reviews vary so much by which boss you work for. I was rated very well, then got moved to a different team and was essentially called an idiot and strongly pushed out of the company. It was sad after a good 4 year run.
